CPC 664 (1985): 64 KB RAM, built-in 3” floppy drive.
CPC 6128 (1985): 128 KB RAM, 3” floppy drive, most popular model.
CPC Plus (1990): Enhanced graphics, hardware sprites, cartridge slot, compatible with standard CPC software.
