Gameplay:
Guide Kirby through side-scrolling stages, inhaling enemies and spitting them out as projectiles. Unlike later entries, this debut does not include copy abilities,

Story:
King Dedede steals all the food in Dream Land. Kirby travels across multiple worlds, defeats Dedede’s forces, and restores the stolen meals to Dream Land’s residents.
Trivia:
This is Kirby’s first game appearance and the foundation of the entire franchise. The copy ability mechanic would be introduced in the sequel, Kirby’s Adventure.
